What does OwnerContactPIN collect

OwnerContactPIN  may collect the following information:

  • other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers such as “where did you hear about OwnerContactPIN”

What we do with the information we gather

OwnerContactPIN  requires this information to be able to deliver the service that we provide and in particular for the following reasons:

  • To send to you reports of found items by email
  • To  improve our products and services
  • For those customers who have signed up to our Newsletter, we may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting
  • Where required, we may have to provide your contact details to a legal body such as Border Control, Customs & Excise or the Police. We only do this once the requesting body has proved who they are
  • From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We will restrict this contact with you to email. The information that we get from you may be used to make changes to the website and or our service to better respond to your needs. Market research emails will only be sent to those customers who have elected to subscribe to our email and newsletters. You can change whether you want to receive these emails by simply logging into your account and changing your preference in the newsletter section

You will need to provide the email account registered and the first and last name registered registered with us.

Deletion of your data

OCPIN will delete all information in your account seven days after your account has expired. The seven-day period allows those who have omitted to renew their annual subscription time to do so before the account is deleted. Once the account is deleted, customers who wish to re-subscribe, must start the process again by purchasing new Tags and registering them.

If you wish your account to be deleted before your annual subscription ceases you can do so by emailing requesting that your account be deleted. No refund will be given if this is during a subscription period.


OwnerContactPIN is committed to ensuring that the information we hold on you is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable electronic, managerial and physical procedures to safeguard and secure that information.

The use of cookies
